This year McDowell High’s art class is participating in a fundraiser, “bugs on a mug”, where they create paper mosaics that will be printed onto mugs with the help of the media center.

Ms. Shaw is happy to explain how the fundraiser works and the process the students go through. “The second annual Art Department fundraiser-collaboration with Ms. Higgie and Ms. Barrier in the media center. We will create the paper mosaics with an insect theme, then the images will be sublimated onto the mugs in the media center.”.
